1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using our cleaning services, you (“Client”) agree to these legally binding Terms. If you disagree, do not proceed with service.
2. Services & Scheduling
Services are provided as described in your booking confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse service for safety, non-payment, or misrepresentation.
3. Cancellations & Fees
48+ Hours Notice: Free cancellation.
Same-Day Cancellation: $35 fee (added to next invoice).
No-Show/Lockout: Full service charge applies.
4. Rescheduling
Free if requested 48+ hours in advance.
Late Reschedule (<48 hours): $25 fee (subject to availability).
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
Report issues within 24 hours for a free re-clean of affected areas.
No refunds after service completion.
6. Payment Terms
Accepted Methods: Check, Zelle.
Late Payments: 5% fee after 7 days; $35 for returned checks.
7. Text Messaging (SMS) Policy
Consent: By providing your phone number, you authorize Dultra Cleaning Tampa LLC to send service-related texts (e.g., appointment confirmations, crew updates, billing notices).
Privacy: We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing. Your number is used solely for:
Account verification
Service notifications
Customer support
Payment reminders
Opt-Out: Reply “STOP” to unsubscribe from texts. Message/data rates may apply.
8. Client Responsibilities
Provide safe access to the property.
Disclose hazards (e.g., broken items, aggressive pets).
Secure valuables; we are not liable for undisclosed fragile items.
9. Liability & Damages
We are insured but not liable for:
Pre-existing damage.
Items not reported missing within 24 hours.
Claims require written proof (photos, receipts).
10. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice. Outstanding balances remain due.
11. Governing Law
Disputes will be resolved in Hillsborough County, FL, under Florida law.
