Cancellations and refunds

  • We ask that if you are going to cancel that it is done 48 hours in advance.
  • If you cancel the same day, there is a $35 cancellation fee that will be applied to your next invoice.
  • Once the job is completed, no refund can be issued, but if you are not satisfied with the services provided, we do offer a 24 hour satisfaction guaranteed, we will send our staff out to re-do the areas that need extra attention.


  • Is there are reschedule fee?
    We do not charge for rescheduling if it is done before 48 hours of your original booking.
