Cancellations and refunds
- We ask that if you are going to cancel that it is done 48 hours in advance.
- If you cancel the same day, there is a $35 cancellation fee that will be applied to your next invoice.
- Once the job is completed, no refund can be issued, but if you are not satisfied with the services provided, we do offer a 24 hour satisfaction guaranteed, we will send our staff out to re-do the areas that need extra attention.
