Cancellations and Refunds

We ask that if you are going to cancel that it is done 48 hours in advance.

If you cancel the same day, there is a $35 cancellation fee that will be applied to your next invoice.

Once the job is completed, no refund can be issued, but if you are not satisfied with the services provided, we do offer a 24 hour satisfaction guaranteed, we will send our staff out to re do the areas that need extra attention.

Reschedule

Is there are reschedule fee?
We do not charge for rescheduling if it is done before 48 hours of your original booking.
